One Eye Realty, based out of Austin, Texas wanted a brand that attracted buyers looking for the right neighborhood vs. the perfect house. With a focus on location, the brand direction and copy focused on on community and neighborhood comfort.

The logo also kept a vintage feel with bright colors to target the younger buyer market.
